01 Service Scope & Engineering Agreements
FractalSoftware operates under technical scope agreements formulated with each client. Our core capabilities comprise Astro application engineering, microservice setup, performant database schema modeling, and SEO/performance enhancement. Deliverable schedules, project boundaries, and performance benchmarks are explicitly defined inside individual Statements of Work (SOW).
02 Intellectual Property & Code Delivery
Upon receipt of final invoice payments, intellectual property rights to the primary application codebase are transferred fully to the client. FractalSoftware retains non-exclusive rights to general architectural components, modular open-source helper classes, and custom-written developer tooling used recursively to construct the final web infrastructure.
03 Acceptable Use & API Integrity
Websites, API gateways, and headless infrastructure engineered by FractalSoftware must not be utilized for malicious activities. Clients must secure their respective hosting interfaces, manage system environment keys responsibly, and maintain secure rate-limiting settings on public-facing endpoints to prevent automated system disruptions.
04 Limitation of Liability
While FractalSoftware constructs high-performance and resilient digital architectures, we do not assume liability for hosting provider failures, third-party database outages, or security breaches resulting from client credential negligence. All production deployments are made under a Shared Responsibility Model.
